Based on your initial concept or 2D drawings, we create detailed product drawings for your review and confirmation.
Once the drawings are confirmed, we proceed with mold making and produce prototypes/samples for your approval.

Every JOYWAVE product undergoes a rigorous 8-step production process — from raw material selection to final packaging — ensuring consistent quality at every stage.
Pour the color powder and raw materials into the mixer and mix until they are thoroughly blended.
Load the blended materials into the feeding hopper of the injection molding machine. Install the product mold and begin the injection molding process.
A robotic arm removes the molded product from the injection molding machine and transfers it to the cooling unit.
The product is cooled in the cooling unit and flattened to ensure proper shape and surface flatness.
Transfer the product to the over-molding machine. Apply a secondary material to the edges and corners to create non-slip surfaces.
Wipe the product surface with a cloth to remove any dust or residues, ensuring a pristine finish.
Apply the product label and feed the product into the shrink-wrapping machine for retail-ready packaging.
Place the shrink-wrapped products into cartons for storage, ready for global distribution.
